IC Bridge is guided by a visionary leadership and administration team dedicated to fostering academic excellence, innovation, and holistic student development across all our institutions, including Forward International Academy (FIA), Ivy Global School (IGS), and International American School (IAS). The leadership provides strategic direction, ensuring that each school maintains rigorous academic standards, personalized learning pathways, and a student-centered approach. By setting clear priorities for educational quality, emerging technologies, and global perspectives, the leadership ensures that every student is supported in achieving both academic and personal growth. Their oversight extends to curriculum design, institutional policies, and school-wide initiatives that align with international best practices in education.

Forward International Academy

Dave Vitale, Ph.D

Administrator

 Dave has over 30 years of teaching and instructional leadership experience. He has developed online schools and programs for multiple levels and has served as director of instruction, technology and innovation. He holds advanced degrees in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Bing Liang

President and CEO of US University Pathways

 Bing Liang is the founder and president of U.S. University Pathways, an educational consulting company creating pathways to foster the international exchange of education in the state of Wisconsin. Bing is also the co-founder of the Midwest Global Youth Academy, which fosters meaningful connections between Wisconsin and global youth through the exchange of language and culture.

Bing earned his Doctoral degree in Higher Educational Leadership at Edgewood College in Madison, WI and his master’s degree in English Education at UW-Platteville. Bing also served on the executive board of the United Nation Association of Dane County. When not working, Bing enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with his family.
